📦 Shipping Policy

At Phat Snax, every order is baked fresh to order to ensure you get the best quality and flavor possible.

Order Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of being placed. Once your order is baked, it is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and the method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after fulfillment. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Delays & Notifications
In rare cases, fulfillment or delivery may be delayed due to high order volume or carrier issues. If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately by email.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

🔁 Return & Issue Resolution Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want to ensure your satisfaction.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue, please email shop@eatphatsnax.com within 5 days of delivery. Our team will review your concern and offer a resolution in the form of store credit only — no monetary refunds will be issued.

To help us process your request efficiently:

  • Include your order number in the email subject line.

  • Attach clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue.

  • We may request additional details to complete our assessment.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
Requests for order changes or cancellations must be emailed to support@eatphatsnax.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if production has already begun, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Please allow 24–48 hours for our customer service team to respond to all inquiries.
