From one addiction to another.
100 pounds down. I was happier than ever. Little did I know, I'd develop a binge eating disorder that lasted for YEARS.

2023
The consequences of cravings.
The years of binging destroyed my body which led to two emergency procedures on my stomach.

2024
The creation that started it all.
I had a new found mission to create healthy desserts that would beat the cravings and kick my binging for good.

2025
One year without binging.
I created a new lifestyle, one that involved these cakes, and led me on a path that has fully kicked my desire to binge.
How PHATSNAX Started
I grew up in the kitchen — baking constantly, always creating, always tasting. I loved it. But I also knew something had to change.
As I started my weight loss journey, I faced what felt like an impossible tradeoff: give up the desserts I loved or give up on my goals. I chose health. But I missed baking. And let’s be honest… I missed eating.
I developed a binging addiction, from ordering 2 large sonic blasts, to eating everything sweet in my eyesight until I couldn't bother doing anything but laying in bed wallowing in self-destructive thoughts. After my surgeries my doctor said my lifestyle has to change. I couldn't stand protein bars and I couldn't afford to buy the healthy protein sweets. I knew I had to come up with a solution on my own.
So I made it my mission to make a product that curbed my cravings, and also allowed me to hit my protein everyday.
I became obsessed with figuring out how to make desserts that didn’t just pass as healthy, but were actually delicious. Protein that tasted like ACTUAL cake, not the dry artificial products you see at the grocery store. Flavors that hit, without the sugar crash. Eventually, after hundreds of recipe variations I cracked the code — and people around me started noticing.
My friends and family told me I had something special. They pushed me to share it. So I did.
And that’s how Phat Snax was born — out of cravings, commitment, and the refusal to settle for bland “health” food or junk pretending to be good for you. Something the average consumer could AFFORD to eat everyday draining their wallet.
We make snack cakes that feel like a treat and fuel like a win.
Healthy. Affordable. And actually good.
Because no one should have to choose between their goals and their sweet tooth.
